Novice - practices are now on Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:30pm

Level 1 Elementary/early Middle School - practices Tuesday (6:45-8pm); Thursday (5:30-6:45pm)
Designed for wrestlers 8 years and older who have a few years of wrestling and competition experience. Smaller middle schoolers with experience should also join this group. This program will reinforce fundamental techniques, introduce more advanced techniques and wrestling strategy. Practices will include a dynamic warm-up, fast paced drilling, technical instruction, and live wrestling. In the spring and summer we will incorporate freestyle and greco techniques.
Level 1 High School/late Middle School - practices on Monday (5:30-6:45pm); Wednesday (5:30-6:45pm)
Practices for high schoolers and older middle schoolers with limited experience. Practices will be focused on fundamental skills with emphasis on sound technique and skills development. Live wrestling will take place in a controlled and structured format.
Level 2 Advanced - practices on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:15-8:45pm
This program is designed for advanced high schoolers and select, elite 7/8th graders. 7th or 8th graders will be invited to participate in this program if they have won their age group state championships and competed in national level tournaments. High school wrestlers in this group have qualified for their state tournament at a minimum. Most wrestlers in this group are training for national level competitions and in the spring and summer there will be a focus on freestyle and greco. Wednesday nights this program will also serve as a DMV RTC practice which requires separate registration and qualification criteria.
Be sure to check the practice schedule regularly and before attending to ensure timing and we will also do our best to have the coach for each practice listed. As a rule of thumb, Elijah will be coaching on Mondays, Max on Tuesdays, Jay on Wednesday, and Teague on Thursdays.
