The above schedule is just for group wrestling practice.  In order to attend you need to have purchased a drop in package or a 5/15 practice package. Private wrestling lessons and strength training sessions should be scheduled with individual coaches/trainers and will not appear on this schedule.  Programs not run directly by The Capital Wrestling Club will also not appear on this schedule.

Level 1 practices are for wrestlers 7 years and older who have less than 3 years of experience. These practices will be geared towards fundamentals, drills, and overall development.

Level 2 practices are for wresters with more than 3 years of experience and have had significant competition experience. Typically participants will be older than 10 and can handle advanced drilling, technique, and wrestling strategy.

Novice/Beginners practices are for those 5 years and older and introduces young wrestlers to basic techniques. Fun wrestling related games will be incorporated as well.
