Capital Wrestling Club's spring wrestling season begins Monday, March 9th, in Gaithersburg, MD. CWC’s spring wrestling program is organized into four practice levels so wrestlers of every age and skill level train with the right coaches and training partners. 

Schedule update:
Monday through Thursday practices now run 6:00–8:00 PM. Friday (5:30–7:00 PM) and Sunday (2:00–4:00 PM for High School wrestlers) remain unchanged.

MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
All wrestlers must have a valid USA Wrestling Card and an active CWC Membership to participate in practice. If you're unsure how regularly you'll attend, CWC recommends the "Drop-In" membership. Refunds and extensions on membership packages are granted on an exception basis only.
